Real Group now has over fifty employees which includes nine psychologists, plus a team of associate Educational Psychologists and Tutors.
We are looking for one or two associate Educational Psychologists interested in casework, research and providing professional development and training. Real Group primarily trades through Real Psychology and Real Training and your role will be within these two parts of the business.
Real Psychology has long-term contracts with schools and alternative education providers, as well as shorter project-based commissions. With us, you can build a diverse work portfolio. As a team, we are specialists in the areas of complex communication needs as well as wellbeing, emotional and mental health; we also regularly carry out preventative work across all areas of need. As an associate you will also be welcome to join in with central CPD opportunities and access support from the team and the Directors who are also educational psychologists.
Real Training has been delivering applied psychology through online and face-to-face training for teachers and psychologists since 2004. As an associate you may also wish to help us deliver our range of programmes: the MEd SEND, the NPQ leadership programme and the Professional Assessment Programme (including BPS Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing). We have over 2000 delegates undertaking courses over a year, based in 75 countries. If you wish to travel then our psychologists have opportunities to deliver training in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. As well as delivery of Real Training’s online and blended courses, we are looking to develop further postgraduate level training for education professionals up to doctoral level. You can also be supported to undertake and publish research.
